Established in honor of Rhoda Rifkin Spiegelman's 85th Birthday (2017)

The Rose & Victor Rifkin Family Scholarship is awarded to
a graduating senior who is first generation or low income
and pursuing a college education as a path to the American dream,
just as the Rifkins' daughters Rhoda and Doris did.
